Your team does the job right and the complaints still come in
A cleaning contract is judged on tasks completed, not on how the building feels. That gap is where most complaints, and most contract risk, actually sit.
The checklist says you're right, the client still isn't happy
Task completion and perceived cleanliness are different things. A perfect checklist doesn't stop "it doesn't feel clean" complaints from landing on your desk.
Every complaint defaults to the cleaning team
Lighting, clutter, worn materials and building condition all shape how a room feels, and all of it gets blamed on cleaning by default, because nobody separates the causes.
Contract renewals get decided on a feeling, not a fact
Without evidence, a client's impression at renewal time is the impression that counts, whatever your audit scores say.
Turn a routine walkthrough into a defensible report
-
Walk the building you already visit
Use a site visit you're already making. Photograph each room, log what a photo can't capture: smell, sound, temperature.
-
AI scores it while you keep moving
Every room is scored against the same five drivers of perceived cleanliness: visible cleanliness, sensory environment, user behaviour, human interaction, and building condition. A person checks every finding before it ships, nothing goes out unreviewed.
-
Get a report that separates cleaning from everything else
Every finding is routed to whoever should act on it: your team, facility maintenance, the main contractor, or the people using the space. When a complaint comes in, you point to the finding, not an argument.

Questions we get asked
Will a client use this against us?+
The evidence runs both ways. In the airport terminal case above, the scan showed cleaning was consistently good and the building's physical condition was the real issue, the opposite of what a client might assume without it.
Does this replace our own quality checks?+
No. Your internal QA checks whether tasks were carried out. Clean Insights scores how the result actually reads to the people in the room, including factors your QA checklist was never built to capture.
Can we use this to win tenders?+
Yes. A perceived cleanliness report with photo evidence is a concrete differentiator in a bid, and gives you something to reference at every contract review afterwards.
How reliable is the AI analysis?+
Every room is assessed against the same fixed set of research-based cues, so scoring is consistent across rooms, buildings and time. Every finding links to photo evidence, and every report carries a methodology annex. You review and edit everything before it reaches your client. We call the model research-based rather than validated. During the founding programme we calibrate scores against on-site user surveys and publish what we learn.
How is our data protected?+
Data is hosted in the EU, and a data processing agreement (GDPR / UK GDPR) comes standard. Photos capture spaces, not people. A scan documents rooms; it does not assess staff. You stay in control of your data; deletion on request.
What does it cost after the founding period?+
Founding partners pay €99 per month in year one. Planned standard pricing: from €149 per scan on credits, or €199 per month with scans included. Final pricing lands at public launch. One sold audit covers many months of the tool.
